My Old Love – TINA AUGUST

To My Old Love

I decided to write to you with pain and joy

You’re my first alphabet and last alphabet

My only hope in my hopeless race

You’re my beautiful past in my ugly present

It is in my grey shade I realise

I have been a fool to have left my infinity

Yes you never end

Yet still end

It is you my Sapphire that made me

My lover! Rather my old lover?

Is it greed to want you back?

Knowing you have moved on?

Is it wrong to want what I let go?

Call me lame and call me names

I do not care

I only care for you my old and new heart

I want just only a bit of you

Even in my loneliest hours

I think not of what shall come but you my love

I rest my pen in sadness

To write to you another day

About PenAStory

PenAStory is a group of young individuals with a passion for literature who have decided to come together to write under one platform. We seek to educate, inform as well as entertain our readers. Also, because we are targeting young literature lovers, we would like to touch on other interests of their lives hence the relationship category and because we all need a bit of motivation in our lives, we decided inspiration won't be so bad
