The Moon goddess, Elephant Head and The Struggle For Hope – MORENIKE OLUSANYA

The Moon goddess:

The painting was inspired by the coolness and the quiet the night brings to the mind. A sense of peace and coolness. View yet more creativity in the elephant head and struggle for hope when you continue

The Elephant Head:

I was inspired by the shape of the elephant head and thought it was very interesting. The most interesting thing about this particular art piece is that its not just the head of an elephant. If you look well, you would notice the eyes of an owl and the structure of a cobra.

The Struggle for Hope

goddessI have always been a lover of contemporary dance and contemporary dance posture so what I did was use a dance posture when the figure is stretching towards some sort of light. (the light signifies hope).
