Bad Luck!

I have made my bed the best way I know

I have said my prayers and hope for answers

Hope is a sad name, a subtle disappointment.

Plan they say or plan not and fail

Plans have I made but failure have I been rewarded with

I’ve known pain out of my hard work and sweat

Gloom and tears are my closest company, always ready to move with me

My bed is weary of my sweat and smell

It’s no one’s fault I say, it’s only bad luck

Bad luck that has found and Latched to my window

Hearing all of my plans, listening to every details

Ready to move against all hopes and dreams

What have I done to be so bad at luck?

What have I done to be so bad at luck?
