Is Experience The Best Teacher? – IFE OWOEYE

is-experience-the-best-teacher

Experience they say experience is the best teacher. Some think otherwise. Well, I personally believe that experience is the best teacher. We humans most times don’t see things as they are. Sometimes we choose to not read the writings on the wall and because of this, we need to first experience things before we can see them in a different perspective; how they really are.

If a girl is stuck with a guy who constantly abuses her, complains about everything she does, treats her like trash, etc. Most times, she will stay with him and bear all of it until she has to experience trauma, physical, psychological, emotional abuse before she then begins to see the guy as he truly is and leaves him. It is now that she has experienced an abusive relationship that she can take measures to avoid it from happening again.

When you have gone through something be it a bad relationship or failure, it leaves a mark on you and this reminder helps you when faced with similar situations. You are better equipped to handle the situation. Experience shifts your focus from seeing things only from your point of view to begin to see them from a different perspective Never be too scared to experience, you will come out much more better and brighter. Experience it!!!
